Effective January 1, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Miclora PodForge courses and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing any course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are final once payment is processed. Courses are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Prices shown in USD are subject to change.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of a course. Contact [email protected] with your receipt.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, course materials, and branding are the exclusive property of Miclora PodForge. Copying, redistributing, or creating derivative works is prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not share credentials, resell access, post hateful content in community features, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are educational tools. We make no guarantees regarding career outcomes or revenue generation. All content is provided “as is” without warranties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Miclora PodForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California. You waive the right to participate in class-action claims.
